Bryan Diers is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Dallas, Texas. Bryan has served C-suite executives and entrepreneurs in the energy, financial, healthcare and consumer-product fields, senior partners at legal and accounting firms, family offices, non-profit organizations and families that span generations and the nation’s geography.
In leading one of the largest teams at Bank of America Private Bank, Bryan draws on his extensive background – and that of his colleagues – to provide investment, trust and estate planning services that support clients in making informed decisions about the structure and administration of their long-term legacies. For Bryan, helping clients find value-added opportunities and appreciating the motivations of clients are both critical. Bryan not only works closely with clients, but also with internal specialists to deliver customized investment management, commodity and interest rate risk management, concentrated equity strategies, trust and estate planning services, business and succession planning, and structured credit solutions as well as specialized residential, real estate, aircraft and yacht financing.*
Bryan joined Bank of America in 1979. His early roles and responsibilities with the Private Bank included advisory work in energy, real estate and general corporate lending groups and as a Senior Credit Policy Officer. Bryan also worked with the Investment Banking Group, specializing in public debt and equity origination, as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory for the energy and power industry sectors. Bryan also launched and sold a private retail business.
Bryan holds a B.B.A. from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with certificates in marketing and finance. Over the years, Bryan has actively supported several non-profit organizations.
